Who we are...

The Vision Group is a collaboration of over 400 Medical Professionals working in Nursing Homes and other Long Term Care settings.  Our purpose is to improve the business and clinical effectiveness of Long Term Care Medical Practices.  We offer the nursing home industry a point of contact to develop multi-state, multi-facility Physician networks and program development partnerships.  Our Members benefit via open sharing of clinical and business ‘best practices’.

We come from five large private Physician practice groups working in 9 states.   We employ hundreds of physicians, nurse practioners, physician assistants, podiatrists, and psychologists.  This staff serves over 500 Nursing Facilities, Rest Homes and Assisted Living Facilities.
